* Troubleshoot issues and challenges in product operations, stepping in to investigate and identify root causes when analysts are unable to do so effectively.
* Provide support and guidance to analysts once issues are identified, assisting them in resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
* Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies to ensure seamless operation and data flow across platforms. Includes Implementation/Onboarding

• Drive operational efficiency initiatives, including quality assurance (QA) processes, data governance practices, and streamlining workflows to enhance productivity and performance.
• Manage and optimize the organization's AWS infrastructure, ensuring cost-effectiveness, scalability, and reliability of cloud-based services.
• Lead the development, enhancement, and support Power BI, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within product operations
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage projects related to product operations and operational development to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
