We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in Financial Services and Insurance. We would be happy to connect with you to understand your professional background better.

Required Skills:
* Lead the planning and delivery of the end-to-end finance change program; this project includes reviewing the efficiency and completeness of the data extraction with the objective to reduce manual intervention as well as enable more timely and accessible financial reporting as well reviewing the governance and controls over data.
* Consulting with the finance teams to design and execute the finance change program that can be implemented within timeframes and efficiently.
* Translate business requirements to technical teams and have the capability to understand technical solutions and the impact of these on the desired solution.
* Co-ordinate delivery plan from concept to change delivered, working with the different stakeholders including IT, Treasury, Operations, Risk, and finance teams.
* Analyze finance requirements to ensure these are corrected recorded and implemented in the Project.
* Work closely with key stakeholders to prioritize key process issues impacting delivery and with the support of the impacted teams track this through to delivery.
* Lead continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
